Stories and highlights
There's always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.
A year at our school
Ambassador Program
School ambassadors discuss concerns common to primary aged students and develop and implement a project to address these issues. The role involves regular communication with staff and students as well as the other ambassadors and mentors from local schools in the Liverpool region.
The focus for this year is school signage. Our ambassadors consulted with the students and staff and chose some new signage for our stairs which will be seen from the playground once installed.
Gotcha4Life
Our school is proud to partner with Gotcha4Life to build mental fitness, strengthen social connections, and encourage open, supportive conversations. Together, we’re helping create a community where everyone feels valued and connected.
Two of our students were invited to Western Sydney University to showcase their projects.
World Diabetes Day
For World Diabetes Day, our school held a fundraiser to support those living with diabetes and raise awareness across our community.
One of our students explained at assembly what it is like to live with diabetes to raise awareness.
The school came to school dressed in blue clothing and we raffled off a teddy bear with all funds donated to Diabetes Australia.
Multicultural Day
Multicultural Day is a special opportunity for our school community to celebrate the many cultures, languages, and traditions that make us unique. Students, staff, and families came together to share stories, showcase cultural expression, and learn from one another—reminding us that our diversity is our strength.
Presentation Day 2025
Our Presentation Day was a wonderful celebration of student achievement and creativity. Classes showcased their talent through engaging dance items that reflected their learning and teamwork. The event also recognised students who demonstrated excellence, effort, and commitment across academic, cultural, and citizenship areas. It was a proud moment for our school community as we celebrated the accomplishments of all students.
Year 6 Farewell
Our Year 6 Farewell was a memorable celebration marking the end of primary school for our graduating students. Stage 3 attended the event at CabraVale Diggers, where they enjoyed an evening of dancing, singing and spending time with friends and teachers. A slideshow capturing their primary school journey was shared, followed by the presentation of graduation certificates. Families were invited to join the final formalities, creating a warm and special send-off for our Year 6 cohort.
Colour Run
Our Colour Run was a wonderful success, with students thoroughly enjoying the day and showing great excitement throughout the event. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy, making it a memorable experience for all involved. We sincerely thank our families for their generous support and assistance on the day. A special thank you to Mrs McGregor for her outstanding planning and organisation of this fantastic event.
